Taking place prior to Effervescence Montreal, Sweet Pharma Day will bring 16 Canadian start-up biotech companies pre-selected by representatives from large pharma companies. The “Sweet 16” will each have a short presentation slot to pitch for potential partnerships. This invitation-only will attract key players in the Canadian life sciences ecosystem including venture capitalists, government, and industry organization representatives.
APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED To apply to present at this event, CEOs must provide a 2-page executive summary and a short slide deck (max 5 slides) to describe their disruptive technology, target indications and differentiation features. Documents must be submitted by email no later than Friday March 1st, 2019 at 5:00 pm to info@sweetpharmaday.com. The invited large pharma companies will select the participants who will be notified no later than March 18th, 2019.
This invitation-only event will be held at a sugar shack near Montreal on April 23rd, 2019, in front of scouts and representatives from large pharma companies. In addition, the best presentation will receive 2,500$ at the end of the day.
