SUMMARY:BioQuebec - Attaining Data Sovereignty in Canada: A Practical Roadmap for Life Sciences Using Quebec Private Cloud
DESCRIPTION:Life sciences organizations across Canada are under rising pressure to modernize their infrastructure and prove that sensitive R&D\, clinical\, manufacturing\, and patient data stays sovereign. Yet with standard public XaaS platforms (AWS\, Azure\, etc.)\, “Canada regions” don’t automatically guarantee sovereignty: foreign ownership can still expose data to extraterritorial access (notably under the U.S. CLOUD Act)\, and complex sub-processor chains can quietly move telemetry\, support access\, or backups across borders.  At the same time\, Quebec’s Law 25 and Canadian privacy guidance demand demonstrable cross-border risk assessments\, contractual safeguards\, and transparency to individuals.  \nIn this session\, you’ll get a practical\, regulator-aligned roadmap to achieve true data sovereignty in Canada. Learn how Quebec-hosted private cloud environments can deliver residency\, isolation\, and operational control inside Canada\, while getting a walkthrough of the validation\, governance\, and other evidence needed to meet GxP expectations while keeping data private by design.  \nWalk away ready to choose\, build\, and defend a sovereign cloud strategy that satisfies both innovation goals and auditors.  \n**Please note that this webinar will be conducted entirely in English.** \n  \nAbout the Companies   \nInnovX Solutions is a leading consulting group founded in Montreal\, Canada\, in 2019\, with a mission to provide a consulting experience that exceeds all expectations. InnovX improves technical service operations by facilitating seamless solution adaptation\, ensuring that each deployment is fully qualified for its intended use\, and complying with all applicable regulatory standards.  \nLeaseweb Canada supports more than 20\,000 businesses worldwide by offering public and private cloud\, dedicated server\, and colocation services.
