The Rotman School of Management, in partnership with Women In Bio-Greater Montreal, believe that diversity on boards foreshadows good corporate governance, fosters superior decision-making, and results in enhanced business outcomes.

That’s why we’ve collaborated on the Excellence in Canadian Board Governance (ECBG) program, enabling seasoned and aspiring board members to enhance the skills they need to be effective, by deciphering the growing complexities of board responsibilities and governance issues, and delineating a framework for refined decision-making.

Over 75 ambitious, accomplished executive women with diverse experience across several sectors of the Life Sciences have earned their certificate in Board Governance since 2022, and are ready to contribute to Canadian Boards.
