The Canadian Genomics Strategy (CGS) Secretariat, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) through the Consulate General of Canada in Boston, and working with Genome Canada, are pleased to organize a genomics trade mission to Boston during the first week of June 2026.
Canadian genomics companies chosen to be part of the Canadian delegation will benefit from curated sessions to facilitate business development with potential end-users and venture capital organizations located in the Boston area. This will include targeted networking, pitching and meeting opportunities. The mission will take place on the margins of the Festival of Genomics, Biodata and Artificial Intelligence (June 3rd – 4th). We are also exploring the possibility of organising site visits to major players and/or key research institutions involved in genomics, based on interest.
If you are interested in learning more before committing to participate, please join us on March 12th, 2026 at 15:00 (Ottawa EST) for a virtual information session where you will also be able to ask questions. To participate in this information session, please register here: Registration
